Steps leading to the Signup & Centre Launch

Once in - principle agreement has been reached, the following steps needs to be followed:

  1. Aspiring Franchisee issues an Letter of Intent along with a filled form containing the franchisee’s background
  2. Skillking issues an Acceptance of the LOI
  3. Mails the format of the MOU to the aspiring Franchisee, along with payment schedule, pro-forma Invoice and Bankers Advice
  4. Skillking shares the standard Agreement copy with the Franchisee
  5. Skillking dispatches the centre start-up kit and other documentation, including creatives and technical equipment specs to Franchisee
  6. Location is finalized by mutual consent
  7. Centre Infrastructure work begins
  8. Skillking helps the franchisee in faculty and staff recruitment
  9. Operational Training of Franchisee and staff by Skillking
  10. Train-the-Trainers (where applicable)
  11. Franchisee draws a marketing and sales plan and gets it approved by Skillking
  12. Automation software is setup with training of staff
  13. Centre Audit is done by Skillking, prior to centre launch
  14. Centre launch and regularization of admissions
  15. Batch launch



Technical Know-How Fees

One-time payment has to be made at the fime the decision for setting up of a Skillking Learning centre is finalized. This is accomplished immediately after the Franchisee Agreement is signed up. The initial Agreement is for a period of 5 years and will be renewed on mutual acceptance of both entities

Recurring Royalty Fees
